About Me

Hi I’m Kat, and thank you so much for stopping by my blog. I started this blog because I want to share my passion for healthy eating and living an active lifestyle. I’ve been an athlete all my life, from Rhythmic Gymnastics to swim team to water polo. Now, I love working out in any form that is; lifting weights, yoga, pilates, spinning, you name it.

I am a registered nurse with a bachelors in science, so I am educated about the human body and how it works. I am constantly educating myself on nutrition and how different nutrients affect the body as well as creating new workouts that are challenging and fun, and for the most part can be done anywhere. Make sure to check out my Instagram page for full quick home workouts you can do with minimal equipment. I post multiple workouts weekly there. 

I am also a mama of 2 sweet kids, Isabella and Luca. I love being a mom, it’s the best job in the world. So I will share with you my road as a parent, and anything that’s baby and mama related.
